Salt、Sesame Oil:5g,Chilli Oil:10g,Sour and Spicy Rice Noodles:300g,Soup powder:14g
Production Method
Freeze the vegetarian fish for 24 hours and then defrost. Fry the fish in a pan on both sides until golden. Tear the cabbage leaves into irregular shapes. Wash the shittake and black fungus and place them in the bottom of the casserole. Add in the sour and spicy soup and other condiments. Wash and cut the soft tofu into triangles and add to the casserole. Add the fish on top and boil for 15 minutes on medium heat. Serve with shredded chilli pepper on top.
