Meatballs:200g,Baby Cabbage:30g
Seasonings
Drinking Water:60cc,Sugar、Soup powder、Sesame Oil:5g,Vegetarian Oyster Sauce:30g
Production Method
Defrost the meatballs and fry until golden. Add in soy sauce and water (1:5) and stew on low heat. Boil the baby cabbage in hot water until cooked. Place the cooked baby cabbage on the plate. Add vegetarian oyster sauce and other condiments into the pan, and then add in water and meatballs to boil for 30 seconds, before thickening the texture with seed powder of gorgon euryale. Top the dish by pouring on some sesame oil.
