Vegetarian Bacon:250g,King Oyster Mushroom:1 pc,Basil:10g,Red chilli pepper:2 pc,Ginger:5 slices
Seasonings
Sugar:40g,Drinking Water:35cc,Rice Wine:20g,Black Sesame Oil:15g,Solidified Soy Sauce:25g
Production Method
Defrost and cut the vegetarian bacon into small dices about 2cm. Fry at 180℃ for 10 seconds. Cut the king oyster mushroom into slices about 2cm thick. Cut the red chilli pepper. Heat the pan with black sesame oil. Add in basil and the red chilli pepper. Add in rice wine, solidified soy sauce and then water. Add in the remaining ingredients and cook until there is less water.
