Vegetarian Bacon:250g,Bamboo Leaf:1 pc
Seasonings
Drinking Water:50g,Sugar、Sesame Oil:5g,Vegetarian Oyster Sauce:25g,Soup powder:10g
Production Method
Defrost the vegetarian bacon. Cut into pieces. Fry at 150℃ in oil for 10 seconds. Heat up the pan with minimal amount of oil. Add in the condiments and mix well before adding the bacon back. Stew for 30 seconds until the water evaporates. Thicken the texture by adding in the seed powder of Gorgon euryale. Add oil on top. Place the bamboo leaf on the plate and then the bacon on top. Serve after topping the dish with the remaining sauce from the pan.
