Description
Ingredients
Vegetarian Lucky Ham：20g，Dried Black Fungus，Green beans：10g，Shittake：5g，Pumpkin：20g
Seasonings
Salt：10g，Drinking Water：800cc，Sesame Oil：5g，Soup powder：15g
Production Method
Defrost and dice the ham. Soak the black fungus until soft and then cut into slices. Dice the pumpkin and chop up shittake. Heat up the pan with some oil and then fry the ham with pumpkin together. Add in water and keep on fire until boiling. Add in the seasonings and the remaining ingredients. When the mixture starts to boil, thicken the texture with seed powder of gorgon euryale.
