Fish with Marinated Veggies (Pack):250g,Ginger:3 slices,Celery、Dried Chilli Pepper、Sichuan Pepper:5g,Marinated Red Pepper:5 pcs,Marinated Bell Pepper:2 pcs,Marinated Cabbage:250g
Seasonings
Drinking Water:300cc,Mature Vinegar:8g,White Vinegar:2g,Rice Wine、Sesame Oil、Light Soy Sauce:15g,Soup powder、Chilli Pepper Oil:10g
Production Method
Unpack the vegetarian fish and slice thinly. Fry the fish slices until golden. Wash the marinated cabbage and cut into small pieces and dip in water. Dry the marinated cabbage in a pan until the water is gone. Add in rice wine, mature vinegar and white vinegar, and then fish with marinated veggies pack, ginger, marinated red peppers and water in order. Heat them in hot water until boiling and remove from the pot. Place the pieces on a plate and add juice. Heat up the pan with minimal amount of oil. Fry stir dried chilli pepper and sichuan pepper, and then add light soy sauce and seasame oil. Add on fish.
