Vegetarian Meatballs ：150g，Cabbage：200g，Wide Potato Noodles：50g，Celery：15g，Ginger：3 slices
Seasonings
Drinking Water：20g，Dark Soy Sauce：1g，Sesame Oil：10g，Vegetarian Oyster Sauce：20g，Soup powder：3g
Production Method
Defrost the meatballs in advance. Fry the meatballs until golden, and add in dark soy sauce and water. Stew on low heat. Heat the cabbage and potato noodles in hot water until boiling, and remove from the pot. Add sesame oil and ginger into the hot stone pot, and then the cabbage and potato noodles.
