Cantonese Kale：220g，Vegetarian Dried Meat made from Chinese Toon：200g
Seasonings
Drinking Water ：300g，Salt：15g，Sesame Oil：10g，Salad Oil：5g
Production Method
Defrost and unpack the Vegetarian Dried Meat and pour into a small bowl. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Add water, condiments and salad oil. Wash the kale, peel off its skin and cut off the two ends. Heat in the pot until cooked. Place onto a plate and pour the dried meat on top.
